    I have spent over 18 years with various National Insurance companiemanaging teams in excess of 150 people and $500M in premium volume. Over the course of the past few years I have helped start two companies and operated several home based businesses. My goal is to work with a start up and help it grow. I am a true team leader with strong communication skills and have presented to CFO's and CEO's on numerous occassions in the past.
